He told me about his sister that you schedule your flood start & stop time. No more waking up in the middle of the night and walking through knee deep water!

I was one of the first systems which I believe has been over 2 years! Dwight has been very responsive to any question. Has given great advice. Has been on top of any issue, which I actually didn't even know was an issue, he takes care of you that much!

You might be sticker shocked at the price, but you have to decide if opening & closing the valve (especially in the middle of the night) is worth the price. To me just having access to Dwight is worth the price!

How will I know my unit's battery is charging?

Ace in the Hole devices have a display on the website for battery level, other models have a light on the unit exterior that indicates the battery is charging.

Can we rent a unit for vacation or summer use?

Backyard Zanjero is working on the Vacationer Model which should be available soon.

Who will schedule my irrigation time for backyard zanjero phoenix

You will be responsible for scheduling your irrigation time according to your irrigation provider’s schedule.

Can I manually program my irrigation schedule at theBac kyard Zanjero unit?

Yes, Sleep Saver units and Water Boy units are scheduled at the device. Ace in the Hole units are scheduled online, through the Backyardzanjero.com website.

Can I cancel my irrigation after I have entered the date and on/off times?

Yes, you can cancel your irrigation after you have entered the schedule, but you will need to notify your irrigation provider that you want to cancel your irrigation and they may have a charge to cancel.

Can I have more than one unit if I have more than one valve on my property?

Yes, our Zanjero Boss model is specifically designed for multiple valves at the same property.

Does Backyard Zanjero pay for referrals?

Yes! Backyard Zanjero will send you a $50 gift card to the restaurant or retailer of your choice if your referral purchases a Backyard Zanjero device and mentions your name.

Can I manually open my valve while the Backyard Zanjero is attached to the valve?

Yes, our devices are made with an easy “quick disconnect” design to enable you to manually open the valve when necessary.
